Our team will draft you calendar and send it for your approval near the end of the month. Once the calendar is sent, you will have 5 business days to approve or request any edits. If we do not hear back from you after 5 business days, the scheduled content will go out as-is.

You can reach out to our team and we'll do our best to keep you satisfied. While minor edits and small tweaks can be necessary sometimes, we typically don't rewrite a large volume of posts if they followed the instructions provided by you.

If you have access to the social media channels where the posts will be published, we'll ask you to provide the credentials. It's also important to bring content ideas and examples of your competitors that you feel are successful. The more we can understand your business and goals, the more we can help you succeed online.

We'll create the social media profile with all the essential basic information, including business name, address, phone number, hours of operation, and contact information. We can also upload the business' logo and cover image if provided. If you're purchasing posts for Google Business Profile, this service also includes a Google Business Profile Verification & Claim.

Our team will contact you to set up an onboarding call. Once the call is complete, you'll receive your social media posts for approval within 5 business days. Please note: Our team will only start drafting content after the onboarding call is complete, to ensure we create content that reflects your wishes. This means you will only receive posts for the remaining weeks of that month.
